1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and p799 ("p799", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the p799 website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services available at p799.pro and its subdomains.

By registering an account, accessing the p799 platform, or placing any wager or game stake, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the p799 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and p799.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on p799, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. p799 enforces a strict minimum age requirement and will request documentary proof of age where necessary.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You do not already hold an existing p799 account. Each person is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from p799 or had a p799 account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You are not a p799 employee, contractor, affiliate partner, or an immediate family member of any such person.

p799 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee access to all features of the platform — certain features may be subject to additional verification requirements.

3Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p799 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

p799 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from p799 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• You must notify p799 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your account security.
• p799 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
• p799 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This provides a significant additional layer of security against unauthorised access.
• Accounts showing signs of compromise may be temporarily suspended by p799 pending investigation and verification of the account holder's identity.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the p799 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). p799 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrency options.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your p799 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
• p799 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your p799 account dashboard at the time of deposit.
• p799 accepts payments from accounts and wallets registered in your own name only. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the same-method return policy.
• Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete KYC identity verification. See Section 2 regarding verification requirements.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. p799 targets same-day processing for verified accounts during normal business hours.
• p799 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. Members will be notified of any such delays.
• Funds derived from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for bonus terms.

5Bonuses & Promotions

p799 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which represent the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account without notice.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded from bonus play entirely. Always check the specific promotion terms for applicable game restrictions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your p799 account at any given time.
• Abuse Policy: p799 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: pattern betting, low-variance play designed to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, and exploitation of promotional errors. Any account found to be abusing promotional offers will have bonuses voided and may be subject to account closure.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, except as part of a completed wagering requirement cycle as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game stakes placed on p799 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game type, as published in the applicable rules section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game or sport rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed on the platform. p799 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error.
• Manifest Error: p799 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest pricing or display error on the platform. Where a manifest error is identified, affected members will be notified and refunded the stake amount.
• p799 reserves the right to impose bet limits on individual accounts, events, or markets at its discretion without prior notice.
• In the event of an event cancellation or abandonment (including cricket matches, PSL fixtures, and other sporting events), the applicable sport-specific rules will determine settlement. Refer to the betting rules section on the platform for details.
• All casino game results are determined by certified, independently audited random number generators (RNG). p799 does not interfere with game outcomes.
• It is the Member's responsibility to ensure they are placing bets or playing games under conditions they have reviewed and understood. p799 accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error by the Member.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p799 platform. Violation of any of the following conditions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Collusion with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.
• Using the p799 platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account or identity to circumvent restrictions, access bonuses, or avoid verification requirements.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities on the p799 platform. Any known or suspected vulnerability must be reported to p799 support immediately.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing p799 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any part of the p799 platform without express written consent.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the p799 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game content, data compilations, and the overall platform design, is the intellectual property of p799 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p799 platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the p799 platform.

The p799 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of p799. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p799 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the p799 platform or any services offered thereon.

• p799 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability.
• p799 shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunity arising from platform downtime or technical failure.
• In no event shall p799's total aggregate liability to any Member exceed the total value of funds held in that Member's p799 account at the time the claim arises.
• p799 makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any odds, statistics, or informational content displayed on the platform.

10Privacy & Data

p799 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the p799 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

p799 is committed to maintaining the security and confidentiality of all Member data. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. 11Responsible Gaming

p799 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and we are dedicated to helping Members maintain healthy gaming habits.

• Age Restriction: p799 strictly enforces a 21+ age requirement. Any Member found to be under the required minimum age will have their account closed and all winnings forfeited.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their p799 accounts at any time through the account settings. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Members can configure session time reminders to help maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel they need a break from gambling can request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up reminders at regular intervals allow Members to track their current session activity, including net wins, losses, and time elapsed.

12Termination

p799 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where p799 reasonably believes that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Member has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct in connection with their use of the platform.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or security risk to p799 or other Members.
• The Member has provided false or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, p799 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any funds remaining in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to Member misconduct (e.g., market exit or regulatory change), p799 will make reasonable efforts to return any outstanding balance to the Member via their registered payment method.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their p799 account may do so at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days.

13Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p799 holds its gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact p799 in good faith to seek resolution through our internal complaints process. Details of the complaints process are available through the p799 support team.

14Amendments

p799 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, p799 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to Members via email or a platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the p799 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to a revised version of the Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact the support team to close your account.
